After I've chosen this drawish line of a drawish variation in order to avoid a tactical slugfest which I surely wouldn't have survived at 6 o'clock in the morning, it should have been a draw, but I was lucky that it wasn't me who played the first obvious inaccuracy. At the end I've almost tricked myself by trying to win the pawn ending without any counter play.

Thanks supergrobi for the game. It was a good game and supergrobi deserved to win, even though he says he was lucky. My play was weak in the middlegame, i thought it was drawish, but then he got a pawn in the center and then played correctly afterwards. I blundered with 43...Kf6?? to make this situation worse for me, but it probably was difficult for black by then anyway.

Thanks to SCK for pointing out the slip in the title, i had not noticed it either for sometime.

I am guessing the moderators or someone with Admin rights(PA?) can change the title, once it is merged. Just curious thats all...

Hey IK, I believe admin rights belong only to our Head Ninja! Cube might have more rights than us mods. Anyway, did some experimentation with merging of topics and it seemed to have worked out now.
