I was unable to play after Ritch contacted me again, as i was out of town and so i proposed to forfeit my game. Ritch was kind enough to suggest a draw instead, which i also accept and so we informed PA about the proposed result in the beginning of the week. I regret any inconvenience caused due to this... Littlefish, PircAlert, please consider this result for the closure of the tournament from my side.

Thanks again everyone for your patience and cooperation! And thanks littlefish for doing the hard work of doing the pairings in a timely fashion. I could even say this TONC14 wouldn't have been possible without his help.
