I don't know if Paulson is legitimate or not, but the fact that Ray Keene has the interview on ChessBase.com concerns me. Keene is infamous for his, shall we say, financial indecretions. For example, I remember when he stabbed David Levy in the back, as was well-documented.
If Paulson is on the up-and-up with his taking over the World Chess Championship, I hope he knows not to bring Keene in on it.

Levy was a business partner and former brother-in-law of Keene's.
